この度、日本郵便より「米国宛て郵便物の一時引受停止」に関する通達があり、弊社が利用している物流代行サービスにおいて該当する米国宛て郵便物の引受を停止しておりましたが、現在は米国宛の郵便物をFedExのサービスを利用し、米国宛の配送を再開しております。
FedExの利用に際し、米国宛の配送料はサーチャージ費の変動により日々変動するため、いただいている送料より追加で費用が発生する場合がございますのであらかじめご了承ください。
引き続き、海外配送に関しては遅延が生じる可能性がございますが、お客様のご注文いただいた商品を安全にお届けするため最善の対策を整えてまいりますので引き続きご愛顧いただけますと幸いです。

Regarding the temporary suspension of mail to the United States by Japan Post, we are pleased to announce that we have resumed shipping to the U.S. by switching to FedEx services through our logistics partner.
Please note regarding shipping fees: Due to the use of FedEx, shipping costs to the U.S. may fluctuate daily based on fuel surcharges and other variables. As a result, there may be instances where additional shipping fees are required beyond the initial amount paid at the time of your order. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.
While international shipments may still experience some delays, please be assured that we are doing our utmost to ensure your orders are delivered safely and as quickly as possible.
